The average commute time is currently 35-45 minutes by car, and in some cases, host families are willing to provide transportation, although not required. The Center's homestays are conveniently located close to bus stop;s, so students have the freedom to travel at their own pace. Almost all new homestay families are less than 30-40 minutes by public transportation.Home types vary, but in general, ELS host families live in safe and pleasant neighborhoods near the Center. ELS students will be assigned single rooms, some with shared bathrooms. All homes have heating and air conditioning, along with wireless internet. ELS students will have access to kitchen and laundry areas in the home. Option2)Student Residence (on campus) Location: The Biller Hotel 725 N. 22nd StreetMilwaukee, WI 53255 Room Type: Singles Meals: No meals included Min Age: 18 Key/Damage: Refundable $300 key / damage deposit collected at check in.
