Green River Community College's Intensive English Program is designed for students who have future plans to study at American universities. Students not only learn English but also skills that American colleges require in order to be fully ready for successful academic lives. Students will receive top-quality instruction and the main outcome of this IEP program is for students to meet and exceed their English language learning goals.

Curriculum :
Curricular focus on English skills (grammar, writing, reading and oral communication), Academic skills (process writing, presentations, research skills), Study skills (organization, team work, self-assessment) and Cultural skills.
- Intensive English: Levels 1 - 3

Students focus on academic studies in levels four and five. They earn college credits in a sheltered bridge program.

International students must be 16 years old in order to attend Green River College. This process can save a student one or two years in earning their bachelor's degree. In addition, students will have the support from a dedicated team on our staff.

Who Takes Green River's International High School Completion Program?
-Students who haven't yet finished high school and want to start their college study in the US.
-Students who don't want to spend their final year studying for their national university entrance exams and prefer to study in the US.
Program Eligibility
-Applicants must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
-Students are not eligible if they already completed high school and received a diploma in their home country or the U.S.
