Semester at CSUN (SAC) is an exchange program at CSUN University. It allows international students who meet CSUN's English proficiency requirements to enroll in undergraduate credit classes at the university for up to 2 semesters (typically 1 semester for 16 weeks, maximum 2 semesters for 32 weeks).

High school graduates, GPA 2.0/4.0, Undergraduate students: TOEFL 61, IELTS 5.5 Graduate students: TOEFL 79, IELTS 6.0 Why choose the Semester at CSUN program?
You can study subjects not taught or available in Korea by completing coursework. You can gain new perspectives in your field of study by taking classes with diverse international students. Experience campus life at an American university. Learn about Southern California culture. Choose from a variety of major subjects. However, course registration is subject to availability, and students must meet course prerequisites and obtain approval from the department/instructor. Support services provided to Semester at CSUN students include academic counseling and assistance in selecting appropriate courses, registration assistance, and general support throughout the semester to help students adapt to campus life.
Students receive a CSUN student identification card, granting access to campus-wide Wi-Fi, computer labs, and printers. They can also utilize campus facilities such as the University Library, Student Health Center, and Student Recreation Center (additional fees may apply).
*US citizens residing outside the US and holding dual citizenship may apply to the SAC program but will not receive a Form I-20. Another option for US citizens to earn academic credits in the Fall and Spring semesters is through the Open University program. |
