MULS shall refund the Applicant the balance remaining amount paid;
If the Student/Applicant duly notifies MULS at least 30 days before their due arrival date in Malta, but does not attach a copy of the visa refusal letter, no refund shall be paid. If the Student/ Applicant duly notifies MULS of the same less than 30 days before their due arrival date in Malta, the following shall apply:
(i In the event of cancellations made at least 14-29 days before the due check-in date:
• The Student/Applicant will receive a 75% refund on course/tuition fees and tuition service charges only, less an administration fee of €100 which is payable to MULS.
• Accommodation refunds will be as follows:
For bookings with host families the Student/Applicant will receive a 75% refund on accommodation fees less an administration fee of €100 which is payable to MULS
For bookings at Kappara Hotel, the Student/Applicant will receive a 75% refund on accommodation fees less an administration fee of €100 which is payable to MULS; and
For bookings at Campus Hub, refunds are at the discretion of Campus Hub upon presentation of a copy of the visa refusal letter, and will be decided on a case-by-case basis. In such event, Campus Hub will retain a €50 administration fee in every case;

Combination General & Business English (Combination General & Business English)
This course enables the student to join a General English class together with an extra lesson of Business English, which could be offered as a one-to-one lesson or in a group. Our Combined General & Business English Course is ideal for students who are eager to improve their English in a group setting and who would also like to increase their English fluency and accuracy within a professional setting. This course is recognised by Bildungsurlaub.
All students are asked to sit for an online placement test before they arrive. This ensures that they join a course appropriate for their level of English. General and Business English courses are held at different levels throughout the year.
