Tracing its history back to 909A.D, Wells Cathedral School one of the oldest schools in the world! Over 1,100 years later, the school has a unique status as an all-round school providing academic and co-curricular excellence, with a music specialist school embedded within it.

All of the boarding houses at Wells are beautiful medieval and 18th century buildings with lovely British gardens, stimulating communal areas and cosy rooms, in which each student has their own space. Whilst each of the houses is gifted with quirky and unique qualities befitting historic houses, they also have all the modern conveniences a boarder would expect – including Wi-Fi!
